  • Position: Keno Customer Service Representatives

    Description:  Customer Service Reps provide service and support to Big Red Keno locations throughout the city of Omaha. CSRs must be professional and reliable with excellent communication skills. You must also be:

    • At least 19 years old
    • Licensed and insured to drive and have reliable transportation
    • Eligible for a lottery worker’s license which includes a background check
    • Able to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings and weekends
